Louise was born in Suffolk, Long Island, where he was raised on a dairy farm by his parents, Mary and Julius. He passed on after a three-month battle with liver disease.
Mr. Adasse was a retiree from NY Life Insurance Company where he was a Compliance Officer and Corporate Vice President. In his distinguished career he was a registered representative of the NASD and President of IABDF. He began spending summers on Thompson Lake with his family in the early 70s. In 1993, he and his wife Karla built a year-round vacation home for their family to enjoy the four seasons by the lake.
Mr. Adasse is survived by his wife Karla; daughter Elizabeth; son David; son Mark and his wife Deirdre; four grandchildren, Tyler, Sean, Maya and Jake; his brother, Arthur and his sister, Eleanor.
A memorial service was held on June 27, at Temple Israel of Jamaica in New York, and his funeral was held on June 30, at the South Otisfield Cemetery. There was an unveiling ceremony on June 30, at the cemetery. Mr. Adasse was a friendly and generous man who always went out of his way to help others. His memory will live forever in the hearts of others.
