VIRGINIA WAS A VERY LOVING WIFE, MOTHER, GRANDMOTHER, GREAT-GRANDMOTHER, SISTER AND AUNT. VIRGINIA WAS MARRIED TO HUBBERT BENSON "GUINEA BOCK AND WAS THE MOTHER OF MARTHA MOSES HUFF AND HUSBAND SAMUEL J. HUFF. SHE WAS ALSO THE GRANDMOTHER OF SHARON SPRADLIN, NANCY J. HUFF AND JAMES V. HUFF. VIRGINIA ALSO HAD A SISTER, BERTHA OTEY. SHE ALSO HAD MANY GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN. AUNT VIRGINIA WAS A GREAT AUNT TO THIS WRITER, WHO I LOVED AND CHERRISHED VERY MUCH. VIRGINIA WAS A RETIRED COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER WITH MANY YEARS OF SERVICE TO THE MONTGOMERY COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE. VIRGINIA WAS A VERY LOVING AND CARING INDIVIDUAL TO ALL, ESPECIALLY TO HER FAMILY! VIRGINIA PASSED AWAY ON SEPTEMBER 30, 1985, AT HER RESIDENCE, WHILE ASLEEP IN A CHAIR IN THE BASEMENT WAITING FOR HER LAUNDRY TO FINISH DRYING. VIRGINIA WAS 71 YEARS OLD. VIRGINIA'S FUNERAL WAS HELD ON OCTOBER 2, 1985 AT 2:00 P.M. AT HOY FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL WITH REVEREND GRADY PENNINGTON AND REVEREND JERRY SLOSS. FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS WERE HANDLED BY HOY FUNERAL HOME IN BLACKSBURG, VIRGINIA. (NOW KNOWN AS MCCOY FUNERAL HOME).
