Mr. Almus H. Hartley, 82, of Goldendale passed away Tuesday, Feb. 4, 1985 in Goldendale.
He was born April 27, 1903in Myrtle Point, Oregon to Reuben and Annie Hartley. the family moved to the Granger area where Almus attended schools. He served in the US. Army during World War II, and spent most of his life as a farmer in the Yakima Valley. He came to Goldendale in 1975.
He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Ted (Velma) Klym of Springfield, Oregon.; two sisters, Inez Pardee of Springfield, Oregon and Helen Solie of Goldendale,; one brother , Les Hartley of Goldendale; four grandchildren, two great grand-children and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial graveside services will be held in the Zillah Cemetery at a later date. Knosher-Erdman Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
