Daughter of Calvin James LONG and Lilly Mae (BURLISON) LONG. She passed away May 6, 2008 in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
She was a retired salesman and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Booneville. Dorothy loved her family and her faith. She enjoyed hand sewing quilts, and her flowers.

She is preceded in death by her husband William Harold "Bill" KIMBRELL.

Funeral service were at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, May 10, 2008 at the First Baptist Church in Booneville, with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery in Booneville, Arkansas, under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home.

She is survived by; Two Daughters: Roma Hart and Husband George of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Marcia Walker and Husband John Brewer of Booneville, Arkansas, Two Sons: Harold J. "Porky" Kimbrell of Booneville, Arkansas, Kevin Kimbrell and wife Mary of Booneville, Arkansas, One Brother: Cecil Long of Yuma, Arizona, Five Grandchildren and Two Great Grandsons.

Pallbearers: Beaver Bark, John Brewer, Fred Brewer, Giles Baker, Nick Nersesian, Leslie Dennis, and Phil Bagby.

Honorary Pallbearers: Her Sunday School Class

The family visited with friends from 6 to 8:00 P.M. Friday evening (May 9, 2008) at Roberts Funeral Home.

Grandma Kimbrell's death was unexpected but she went peacefully in her sleep. We know she's in a better place and getting to eat whatever she likes without having to constantly check her diabetes.
