Commonwealth of Kentucky Death Certificate # 10725 year 1920 states that Mary M. Bailey died April 30, 1920 in the voting precinct of Maddix, Carter Co., KY, a widowed white female aged 79 years 1 month and 21 days. She was born March 9, 1841 in KY to father Ace Bellow born KY and mother Martha Martin born VA. Informant was J. M. Bailey of Rosedale, KY. Burial was at Rosedale, Ky.
