Funeral services were held Tuesday in the Briese Co. Funeral Home and in St. Peter's Catholic Church, both at Beaver Dam, for George E. Allemand of Beaver Dam. He was the brother of Mrs. Margarel Fiedler of Freeport. Burial was in the parish cemetery. Mr. Allemand was born March 17, 1899, in Dixon, son of Mr. and Mrs. Amos Allemand. On Oct. 5, 1925, he married Elizabeth Hammond of Bloomington, Wis. They lived at Beaver Dam since 1953. Mr. Allemand retired as an employe of John Deere Horicon Works in 1965. He was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church. Surviving in addition to his sister are his widow; three sons, James of Glendora, and George and Thomas, both of Beaver Dam; 10 grandchildren; and another sister, Mrs. Hazel McLarnen of Rockford.
