RED CLOUD, Neb. - Mabel Avison, 94, Red Cloud, died Friday, March 19, 1993, at Franklin.
Mrs. Avison was born Mabel Collins on Aug. 10, 1898, in Smith County, Kan., and was a resident of Red Cloud since 1974, moving from a farm in Smith County. She was a homemaker and a member of the Red Cloud United Methodist Church and United Methodist Women.
Her husband, Hollis E., died in 1978.
Survivors include a sister, Ruth Lannigan of Salem, Ore.
The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Simonson-Williams Funeral Home, Red Cloud, the Rev. Dennis R. Linton-Hendrick officiating. Burial will be in Red Cloud Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Mount Hope Cemetery Fund.
Visitation will be at the funeral home, Red Cloud, 68970
