Surviving: wife, Betty Skinner Ratliff; daughter, Kathryn Ratliff at home; son, Jimmy L. Brown of St. Clairsville, Ohio; sister, Winifred Nuckles of Heaters; brother, Dee Ratliff of Greenville, S.C.; two grandchildren.
Service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Stockert-Gibson Funeral Home, Flatwoods, with the Rev. William E. Griffin officiating. Burial will be in Little Kanawha Memorial Gardens, Heaters.
