Trevor Nathan Beeney, beloved husband, father, son, brother, cousin and friend, died suddenly Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2004. He died while hunting, which he loved, and he was with friends.

Trevor was born July 19, 1972, to DJ Beeney and Sharon (Postell) Beeney.

On Nov. 13, 1993, he married Becky Bender, who he knew he loved at first glance. He also loved his three sons Tristan, Zachary and Nathan. His fun-loving, ornery spirit will live on in them.

Trevor enjoyed a full, rich life playing softball and basketball, doing woodwork, hunting, four-wheeling and putting his creative and artistic talents to full use building beautiful homes.

He was very proud of his company, Trevor Beeney Construction Inc., and took great pride in each successful project and home he built. His reputation for honesty and integrity were widely known by the construction community.

Trevor was loved dearly by all who knew him. His ever-present smile and passion for life were endearing.

His passion for life and family were only surpassed by his love for his Lord, Jesus Christ. It was Jesus shining through Trevor's smile and it is a personal relationship with Jesus that Trevor deeply desired people to realize.

Because of his love for Christ, Trevor was a very active member of Trinity Baptist Church, selflessly donating his time, talents and treasures whenever he had the opportunity. He loved the people of his care group and they will miss him dearly.

Beeney is also survived by a brother, Brian (Janet) Beeney, Marion; two sisters, Stephanie J. (Tim) Smith, Marion, and Erica (Tom) Bower, Marion; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Rick and Paula Nicolosi of Marion.

Funeral services are 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 4, 2004, at Trinity Baptist Church. Burial is in Marion Cemetery. Friends may visit 4-8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 3, 2004, at Gunder/Hall & Folk Funeral Directors.

Memorial contributions can be made to Beeney Children's Scholarship Fund.
