My great grandmother Mabel Fowler (Davis) lived in Michigan. She passed away from the Spanish Influenza in 1919. She had 4 children: Mary, Dorothy, Kenneth and Charles.
On May 28, 1896, Levi married miss Mabel Davis. Mabel was born July 23, 1877. She was the daughter of Charles and Mary (Ives) Davis.
Levi worked at the Bronson cement plant, relocating to the Jonesville Omega Cement plant in 1900. Sometime later, the family moved to a farm located between Adrian and Tipton, Michigan for a while. Due to health reasons, they moved North. The family owned and operated a saw mill in the Harrison and Gladwin area.
Later, the family moved back to Adrian and Levi was then employed by the Railroad. He was transferred to Akron, Ohio. Levi moved the family to Kent Ohio, where Mabel died on March 13, 1919 from the Spanish Influenza.
Later in years, Levi moved to a farm on Fremont Road in Coldwater, Michigan. He died on that farm on April 10, 1941. Both Levi and Mabel are buried at the Snow Prairie Cemetery in Bronson, Michigan.
