Brandi Blevins, 29, of Greenup died Thursday, Sept. 4, 2008, in Boyd County. She was born Jan. 8, 1979, in Ashland. She was a 1997 graduate of Russell High School, where she played basketball and ran track. She was a retail-sales clerk and was a member of Bridges Christian Church.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Sherman and Wanda Fowler.
Survivors, in addition to her parents, include grandparents, one sister and brother-in-law, one niece and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
