Frank Angerstein was born on December 19, 1949 in San Saba, Texas to Barton and Edith Angerstein. He was a 1968 graduate of Brownwood High School, attended Howard Payne University and established Angerstein Concrete Inc. in 1976. He was a member of Early First Baptist Church. He will be missed by all who loved and knew him.
