Eudulia "Lulu" (Mares) Alejandro was born on July 24, 1943 in D'Hanis, Texas to Guillerma (Ibarra) Mares and Luciano Mares Sr. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post No. 400. She married Jose Alejandro on November 25, 1970 in Corpus Christi, Texas. She is survived by her husband; one son, Alexander Troy Alejandro of Wichita, Kan.; one sister, Enedina Limones and husband, Andy, of Uvalde; and two brothers, Jose Hector Mares and wife, Dolores, of Albuquerque, N.M., and Dr. Luciano "Lucio" Mares Jr. of Eagle Pass.
