She was a native and life long resident of Palatka. She was a 1965 graduate of the Palatka Senior High School. She was a member of The Church of God in Palatka. She enjoyed flower gardening. She was a loving wife, mother and daughter.
She was preceded in death by her father, Eugene Brooks McDonald.
Surviving are her husband, Reggie Alford of Palatka; her mother, Della Whitaker of Palatka; two daughters, Rachel Alford of Palatka and Regina (& Ronald) May of Warner Robbins, Georgia; two brothers, Jimmy McDonald and Phillip McDonald, both of Palatka; one sister, Nena Deal of Interlachen; her mother-in-law, Louise Alford of Palatka; two grandchildren.
