Mr. Luther Cato was born on Feburary 10,1910 in Harrison County, Texas, the son of Judge and Fannie Cato(Both Deceased)
He Joined the Canaan Baptist Church at an early age, and attened public school in Marshall, Texas.
In 1929, He was united in Holy Matrimony to Miss Bonnie Brewster (Deceased)
He Departed this life September 17,1980

Of the family he left,His wife, Bonnie Cato,daughters Aja Lois Cato O'Neal,Barbara Cato Brown,and sons Arlista Cato, and Reverend Lawrence Cato, have gone to meet him in Heaven.


Those left here to remember are his daughters Zelma Cato Batups, Petherlene Cato Wingate,Catherine Cato,Luther Cato,Jr, Willie E. Cato, Jimmie E. Cato, over 35 Grandchildren,12 Great Granchildren Daughter and Son in laws, and many friends and relatives.
