Born to Daniel and Martha Webb Harrell in New Holland, Indiana. Married Jessie Alice Camper Sept. 30/31, 1877. Of this union, seven children were born: Homer, Fredric, Joseph, Frank, Wm Clyde, Charles, and Addah Blanche. Of these, Charles died in infancy, Blanche died approx. 1896, and Clyde died in 1915 at 30 yrs of age. Second marriage was Dec 23, 1926 to Sarah A. Strickler Smith of Wabash. Attended Pilgrim Holiness Church and was at one time a member of the Redman's Lodge. Burial is in the I.O.O.F. cemetary in Lagro, IN.
