Prior to her retirement in 1998, Lucy worked for Michael's Craft Store in Monroeville, PA for 26 years. She moved to Wesleyville, PA in 1999.
Lucy loved to travel and she had visited all 50 states and every country in Europe. She loved to play the organ and she was a collector of many things, including thimbles, lighthouses, dishes, and antiques.
Lucy was a member of the Silver Sneakers, Red Hat Society, and the Jeannette chapter of Eastern Star.
Her parents preceded her in death, as did her husband Charles, who died in 1972. Two brothers, Sidney and Ellis, and long-time friend John Inghram also preceded her in death.
Survivors include one son, Charles (Anita) of Harborcreek; four grandchildren, Vanessa (John) of Millcreek, Paul (Shani) of Wesleyville, Jessica (John) of Harborcreek, and Jeremy(Brandy) of Northeast; seven great-grand children, Erica, Charlie, Natalie, Hadleigh, Haven, Lauryn, and Haily. She also leaves behind close friends Bev and Ellie, and her cousin, Evelyn, other cousins, nieces and nephews, and the children of John Ingrahm.
