Georgette (Georgie) was the daughter of Dolores Matilda (Young) and George Joseph Clark. Granddaughter of Wilhemina (Denner) and Noble Champion Young, and Elizabeth (Gunther) and William Clark. Sister of Patricia Clark, and two nieces she absolutely adored: Jennifer and Heather. Although she never met them, I know she would be a great aunt to her great nephews: Nick, Will, and Aidan.
Georgie was fiercely loyal and protective of her family. While she was a very kind and giving person, if anyone said anything negative about her family, she would defend them no matter what.
Georgie loved to change her hairstyle and hair color. She often joked that she could not remember her natural haircolor. Fortunately, she looked good as a blonde, a redhead, etc. Anything but dirty blonde, which I believe was her natural hair color (at least that's what she thought it was!).
Georgie was very creative. I would often try to keep up with her when she decided to make something "crafty." Unfortunately, I had a "craft bypass." One time we took ceramic lessons together and while her projects were always gorgeous, and ready to display, mine always looked like a kindergarten project. Her favorite thing was spend time with her family, especially her sister and nieces.
You are missed by all of us, Georgie. Sweet dreams.
A special "thank you" to Josie Kinnear for sponsoring Georgie's memorial. You are proof that angels walk among us. Thank you, my friend.
