Percy "Gene" Eugene Hancock, age 78, of Richmond, Virginia, passed away February 2, 2008. He was the son of Percy S. and Lela Hancock. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Phyllis Trammell Hancock; sister, Lillie H. Willis; and niece, Kimberly W. Overbey and husband, Howard. Interment Maury Cemetery.
