Woodland- A former Centralia resident, Ruth E. Blankenship, 67, died Monday, July 4, at her Woodland home.
She was born Sept. 2, 1909 in Toledo and has resided in Woodland for the past 16 years.
Survivors include here husband, W.F.(Nance, at home; her mother, Gertrude Luoma, Soap Lake; a daughter, Beverly Yates, Seattle; three sisters, Lois Southworth and Gail Madden, both of Soap Lake, and Jane Deskins, Olympia; and 3 grandchildren and a great-grandson.
Services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at the First Christian Church, Woodland with the Rev. Finis Johnson officiating. Interment will be at 3 p.m. at Mountain View Cemetery, Centralia.
Arrangements are under the direction of Woodland Funeral Home.
