Randy was born March 11, 1966, and was full of life. He was certified as a welder but did many types of work. His favorite hobby was fishing. He had many years ahead of him to do great things but wasn't given the time. He will be missed so much by his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by both his parents, Ronnie and Judy; a brother, Roger; his beloved grandmother and grandfather, Troy and Euna Baxter, who raised the boys as their own; and his wife, Tracy, who died of cancer in 1998.
He is survived by his sons, Mathew Joseph and Justin Lee Allen of Paris; two brothers, Ronnie and Rodney of Fort Worth; a half-brother, Jeffery; and a half-sister, Laine of Paris.
