COX, Anthony Howard "Tony" Age 48, formerly of New Lebanon, OH, passed away at MVH on Friday, November 1, 2013.
He is survived by his son Joshua Cox and step son Wesley Smith (Molly), mother Sheralyn Cox, sisters Tami True (Scott) and Shawn Cox.
He was preceded in death by his father Winford Cox.
A memorial celebration will be held at the American Legion located at 35 W. Main Street, New Lebanon, OH, on Saturday, November 16, 2013.
Family members are requested from 6:00 to 7:30 and friends are welcome from 7:30 to 10:30.
