Mrs. Francis Catherine Rorie Bond of Payette, Idaho, departed this earthly life on Sunday December 14, 2008 at her home, at the age of eighty-one. Francis was born October 9, 1927 at Marysville, CA, the daughter of Fred Francis Vieira and Cora Alice Jones.
Francis, lovingly known as “Pat” will be missed by all who knew her. Pat was a wonderful person who enjoyed life immensely. She loved her family, horses, writing and playing games on the computer. She was a homemaker.
Pat was preceded in death by her first husband William Rorie (December 14, 1958)(findagrave # 143270668) and her second husband William “Bill” Bond (March 13, 2001), her parents and one son William Edward Rorie (June 15, 1948), one grandson Don Pernell White (August 3, 1989).
She was a wonderful grandmother, a great grandmother and a great great grandmother.
Notes*** Pat and her first husband William Rorie died on the same day just 50 years apart and with hours of each one’s death.
William Rorie (and lots of his family) is buried at Sierra View Memorial Cemetery in Olivehurst, CA.
