I found Jackie in a parking lot where I worked. It was love at first sight. I brought her to a vet, she was infested with things and had a lump on her chest. The vet estimated her to be about 2 years old. We had her fixed and the lump removed, after no response from the paper or the shelters. What a joy she was for 8 precious years. My life revolved around taking care of her and my mother. She loved taking walks, meeting people and other fur buddies except for at her home. A few people would get a nip on the ankle when entering or exiting our home. They were of course the ones who we should of never allowed anyway. I will forever miss my blessed fur buddy. I always thank God for bringing her into my life. We have adopted 2 rescues in her honor.
