Ms. Gloria "Gal" Boykin, the beloved daughter of the late Mr. Leroy Boykin and Mrs. Mildred Boykin Miller,was born in Wilson, North Carolina on November 8, 1951.
"Gal" as she was fondly called by her family and friends was sixty-three years old, when GOD silently called Gloria into His Heavenly Home on the morning of Sunday, December 8, 2014 at the Brookdale Hospital Medical Center, Brooklyn, New York.
"Gal" worked as an Home Attendant for several years. "Gal" loved Church and attended the Wayside Baptist Church and became an active member. "Gal" loved to sing and sang in the Church Choir.
"Gal" was headstrong and set in her ways. Although "Gal" was a loner, "Gal" will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
