Lewis Allen, 79, of Market Street, Zelienople, passed away Sunday at Cranberry Place in Cranberry Township.
Born on May 26, 1935, in Butler, he was the son of the late Lawrence Lewis and Gladys McCracken Allen.
He was married to Ruth Miller Allen, who survives.
Lewis was a union electrician with the Local 56 out of Erie for 60 years. He was very proud of being a union electrician.
Lewis was a Lutheran. He loved to travel and was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan, especially the Pirates.
In addition to his wife, Ruth, survivors include his stepdaughter, Diana "DeDe" Kaminski of Zelienople; his stepson, Ray Kaminski of Ellport; his sister, Wanda Stewart of Medina, Ohio; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Ron Allen.
Allen - The friends of Lewis Allen, who passed away Sunday, June 1, 2014, will be received from 5 until the time of the memorial service at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Marshall Funeral Home, 200 Fountain Ave., Ellwood City.
