Iroquois----Mrs Minnie P. Aughenbaugh, 95 , of Iroquois, died Friday morning, Aug. 23, 1985, at Violet Tschetter Memorial Home.
The funeral was at 2p.m. Monday at United Methodist Church, Esmond, with the Revs. Neil and Judy Mulock officiating. Burial was in the Esmond Cemetery.
Minnie Pearl Fingerson was born Feb. 19, 1890, near Spirit Lake, Iowa, to Mr. and Mr. Knute (Isabelle Olson) Fingerson. In 190l she moved to the Esmond community with her family. In 1909 she married Floyd Aughenbaugh at Esmond. She spent the rest of her life in the Esmond and Iroquois areas. She was a member of United Methodist Church, Esmond.
Survivors include eight children, Burdette and Glen Aughenbaugh, both of Iroquois, Mrs. Cecil (Evelyn) Goss of Carthage, Wayne Aughenbaugh of Oregon City, Ore., Virgil Aughenbaugh of Denver, Colo., Hiland Aughenbaugh of Yuma, Ariz., Tom Aughenbaugh of Torrance, Calif., Bill Aughenbaugh of Newcastle, Calif.; 31 grandchildren, 51 great-grandchildren and 11 great- great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, six brothers and sisters.
