George Edward Carter was a sensational man. I am his daughter although he never knew me as I was adopted at birth. He leaves behind two daughters and one son. I have heard numerous entertaining stories about this man. He was known as extremely gorgeous, charming, charismatic and quite the ladies man. He was also very generous and had a heart the size of Texas. George was described as a rather large man with notably large hands and would not hurt a flea but could hold his own in any fight.
He served in the US Navy and fought in WWII. He was honorably discharged and worked as a very skilled tree surgeon all over the map with his brothers and there were many.
He loved Johnny Weissmuller (Actor) as Tarzan and from what I hear, he could imitate the famous Tarzan call perfectly. He also loved music and beautiful women. There are so many other things that I could tell about him but I will allow his memory to reside in the minds and hearts of our family.
He carved a special place into the hearts of everyone that met him and is missed terribly, every single day.
I love you, Daddy. Cant wait to see you one day!
Sadly he was murdered by his third wife.
