Obit - Another Pneumonia Victim Tacoma Daily Ledger 26 Oct. 1918 -
William George Carrotte, 34 years old, died late last night from pneumonia, which developed from an attack of influenza at the home of his mother-in-law, Mrs. C.C. Field, at Puyallup. He had been ill only a few days.
He was business agent at the Milwaukee Dock, coming back to Tacoma, where he had lived for 12 years, after a year‘s absence at Everett. At Everett he was business agent of the the Milwaukee Railway Company.
Besides his wife, Mrs. Clara Field Carrotte, he is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Carrotte, a daughter, a brother, Edward Carrotte of Tacoma and 3 sisters, Mrs. Ralph Moyles of Cedar Falls, WA and Anna and Margaret Carrotte.
The funeral will be held Sunday at Puyallup.
