Services for William T. (Bill) Adams, 61, of Clovis, will be held Monday at 2 o'clock in the afternoon at the First Church of the Nazarene. The Rev. Dan LaPaglia will officiate.
Burial will follow at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Steed-Todd Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
Mr. Adams died Friday, April 20, 1990, at St. Mary's Hospital in Lubbock, Texas. He was born July 3, 1938, in Wilson, Okal. He was market manager for Alexander's Grocery Store. Mr. Adams owned and ooperated Poor Boy's Butcher Shop since 1964 and Poor Boy's Steak House since 1979. He was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene.
He is survived by three daughters, Diane Adams, Janet Adams and Marsha Vohs, all of Clovis; a sister, LaVerne Wilson of Lawton, Okla.; a brother, Weeberdean Adams, Wilson, Okla.; and two grandchildren.
Casket bearers will be Darrell Green, Larry Russell, David Petty, Bob Buch, Tom Martin, Gabe Parson, Joe Thornton and Tom Battin.
Honorary bearers will be his business associates.
memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
The casket will be closed at the services. Friends may call at the funeral home.
