Lillian Lee (Stone) Albright, 91, a lifelong resident of Schwenksville, passed away Saturday, August 2, 2008 at Souderton Mennonite Homes. She was the beloved wife of the late A. George Albright to whom she was married for 50 years.
Born November 25, 1916 in Fishersville, Virginia, she was one of eight children born to the late Leroy and Clara (Blackwell) Stone.
She was a graduate of Schwenksville High School Class of 1935.
Mrs. Albright was a member of Heidelberg U.C.C. Church in Schwenksville, served with Freeland Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star, the Civic Club and the Schwenksville Fire Company Auxiliary. Mrs. Albright enjoyed gardening, camping, and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her children, George L. Albright and his wife Carol of Atlanta, Ga.; Thomas C. Albright and his
partner Deb Bailey of Boyertown; and Cindy R. Patrick and her husband Gary of Harleysville; her siblings, Clara Nace of Red Hill, William Stone of Graterford; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her siblings, Virginia Rosenberger, Iline Kagey, Ethel Merkel,
Leroy Stone, and Blanche Sabo.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Thursday, August 7, 2008 at 11 a.m. from Heidelberg U.C.C. Church, 251 Perkiomen Ave., Schwenksville. Friends may call for the viewing on Wednesday August 6, from 7-9 p.m. at the R.L. Williams Jr. Funeral Home, Inc., Skippack Pike at Cedars Road, Skippack, and again on Thursday from 10-11 a.m. at the church.
