'Galesville Gets Fourth Gold Star'

A fourth gold star has been added this week to the Galesville and Gale service flag. The star is for Julius Dove, infantry, who died of lobar pneumonia Oct. 22. He left with a draft call from Whitehall last April. He was 28 years of age, the son of the late Joachim Dove. He was employed on the Frank Uhl farm here in Crystal Valley up to the time he entered military service. Two brothers, John and Emile, reside in the town of Gale.
