JOHN W. DAY
DUBLIN - John W. Day, 44 years old, former Dublin resident, died Friday morning of a heart attack at Elkhart, Ind. Mr Day had recently been a patient at the Fort Wayne Veterans hospital. He was a veteran of World War 2 and had been a barber at Elkhart.
He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Thomas Green and Mrs. Raymond Protsman, both of Dublin; three brothers, Donald Day of Straughn, Jerry H. Day of Hagerstown and Ronald Day of Cincinnati, nieces and nephews.
Services for Mr. Day were held at 1 p.m. Monday at the Doll funeral home in Dublin, with Rev. Carl Riden officiating. Burial was in Southlawn Cemetery, Dublin.
