*The meaning of the endearment inscribed on the headstone is: as a child, I; Luther E. Banks III, loved wax juice bottle candies. Christmas of 2001 my grandmother Betty J. Baker Banks bought me a box of those wax juice candies and included a note inside of the box. That note from her reads: "Luke, grandma's never forget." - The grave of Luther E. Banks SR and Betty Jane Baker Banks went unmarked for 16 years after Luther SR's passing and 11 years after Betty's. I, (their eldest grandson) purchased their headstone for them and wanted to let them know; though it took 16 years, grandsons don't forget either. I remembered them and the personal desire to memorialize their burial for others visiting to know; they lived and they were two wonderful grandparents.
