Helen K. (Brinkman) Buckli was born on December 4, 1901 in Town of Lincoln, Buffalo County, Wisconsin to August Brinkman and Wilmina (Schmidt) Brinkman. Helen married Louis Buckli on January 27, 1918 in Winona, Minnesota. They moved to Eau Claire, Wisconsin, and were blessed with four children. On July 1, 1934 she died from injuries suffered in an automobile accident. Helen is survived by her husband; two daughters, Doris and Phyllis; two sons, Howard and Gaylord. Funeral services were held at the Gaal Funeral Home, 342 Water Street in Eau Claire with interment in the Montana Methodist Cemetery in Buffalo County.
