Homer Lee Hall moved from southern Illinois to Kennett MO with his married sister and her husband, Bessie May (Hall) Jackson and William M. Jackson. They are in the same household in Kennett in the 1910 census and Homer is 18 years old. The two men worked in a stave mill for awhile. Later Homer Lee Hall became a contractor for painting and wallpaper hanging. His wife, Cora Ellen (Nelson) Hall operated a business according to the 1940 census, and she later worked at the Ely-Walker shirt factory in Kennett MO. Homer Lee Hall died from a heart attack at the age of 53 years.
Homer and Cora Hall had a daughter M. Lillian Hall born in 1914.
