Fritz Henry Baack, age 82, of Palestine, Texas passed away at his home.

He was born to Bertha and Reinhart Louis Baack.

He moved from Houston, Texas to Palestine in 1981 with his wife, Laverne Beckwith Baack. He was a member of Fields Chapel United Methodist Church in Palestine. He was proud to serve his country in the Navy during the Korean War.

Fritz was a brick layer by trade, but his true passion was hunting. He loved to be in the woods. He was an avid deer hunter and coon hunter.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Laverne Baack.

He is survived by his sons, Ronnie Baack and wife Lorri, Tilden Baack and wife Kimberly, and Quintin Baack and wife Donna. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Brook Baack, McKenzie Baack and Tyler (T. C. ) Baack.
