Vicey Craft, daughter of Charley and Flora Craft was born at Quaker Hill, Ind., July 30, 1905, and passed away at their home Sunday morning April 21, 1918, aged 12 years, 8 months and 21 days. Her suffering, although of short duration, was very intense, and though we mourn her loss in this world, we are promised of a meeting in the Great Beyond. She was of a very happy and loving nature, always willing to do what was for the best. It seems so sad that another should be called from this home so soon, for only four months and eleven days ago a little brother, Virgil, was taken Home to the Heavenly Father. Although we miss her greatly, we have happy memories of the pleasant short life she spent with us.
She leaves to mourn her loss a father, mother, and four sisters, Goldia, Cecil, Mollie and Martha Jane, and three brothers, Vernon, Clarence and Ray, besides numerous other relatives and friends.
The funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the church at Annapolis, conducted by Rev. S. M. Hawthorne. Burial took place at the Bloomingdale cemetery.
