Glen Hemphill Married Rose Sarah Reese after his first wife Polly Died. Rose and Glen were married on August 23, 1930 in Brainerd, MN. Glen and Rose had three children together: Emory Fredrick, Delores Rose, Doreen June. Glen and Polly had one son: Glenn Clinton, Born April 5, 1925.
Glen served in WWI as a wing and propeller maker for the US Army.
Glen worked the mail route and also in the woods. Glen knew of the Medford area as he was stationed at Camp White, which is now known as White City, Oregon. He was in the army during World War I. The family settled in Grants Pass.
In 1950 Glen and Rose divorced but remained good friends over the years.
Glen owned a house and horse property in Medford, Oregon. After, him and Rose divorced he married Verna. When she passed away, he sold his house and horse property and purchased a double wide mobile home in Phoenix, Oregon.
He always said he would live to be 100. Glen got bone cancer and died in 1985 at the age of 92.
