Anderson, Paulette Teasley Age 46, of Beach Park, departed this life to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on December 14, 2012 at Vista Medical Center East surrounded by her loving family.
Paulette was born on December 27, 1965 in Waukegan to Robert and Annie (West) Teasley. She accepted Christ at the early age of seven. Paulette was a devoted member of New Way of Life Church of God in Christ and a lifelong servant of her Lord. She attended Novak-King Middle School, Neal Junior High School, and North Chicago Community High School. Paulette received her bachelor's degree from Robert Morris College and certificates from "The Leviticus District" in missionary work. Paulette worked for Culligan, Northbrook, a receptionist at NCH, Northbrook, secretary for Waukegan School District 60, and currently a bus driver for Gurnee School District 56 and part time bus driver for Church of Joy in Zion. She leaves to cherish her loving memory two daughters, Nokia Teasley (Andrew Bunch fiancÚ) of Kenosha, Na'isha (Dustin) Dixion of Iron Mountain, MI; son, Terry Teasley of Kenosha and parents, Robert and Annie Teasley of Waukegan; grandmother, Polly West of Waukegan. She is preceded in death by her husband, Kevin Anderson on August 7, 2012; grandparents, Martin and Florence Teasley, Levi West Sr.; aunts, Shirley Teasley and Donna West; uncles, William and Ralph Teasley. Paulette always had a warm smile and kind words for everyone she encountered. To her no one was a stranger. She will be deeply missed. Visitation Tuesday, December 18, 2012 10:00 AM till time of home going service 11:00 AM at Waukegan Community Church, 1016 Grand Avenue, Waukegan, host pastor Winfred Obleton and pastors Robert and Debbie Richards officiating. Interment will follow at Ascension Cemetery, 1920 Buckley Road, Libertyville.
