Ivy L. McLeran
Ivy Lavina McLeran, 82, a lifetime resident of Olympia, died of natural causes Friday, Feb. 10, 1989, in her home.
She was born April 4, 1906, to Charles and Ann B. (Rimby) Langford in Olympia. She attended Collins Elementary School and Olympia High School. On Sept. 3, 1953, she was married to Charles Ray McLeran in Olympia.
Mrs. McLaren was a member of the First Christian Church in Olympia.
Surviving, besides her husband of the family home, are two daughters, Anabel Kilian, Tacoma, and Barbara Campbell of Mesa, Ariz.: three sons, Don Kirschbaum, Tenino, Paul Kirschbaum, Manchester, and Ken Kirschbaum, Olympia; a sister, Leone Pease, Port Townsend; two brothers, Andy Langford, Olympia, and Edward Langford, Bremerton: also 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service for Mrs. McLeran will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday Feb. 18, in Woodlawn cemetery. Arrangements are by Woodlawn Funeral Home.
