Mrs. Eva Layton Curry, 83, wife of Ira L. Curry died at her home on the Millsboro Rd. Tuesday following an extended illness.
Born in Sullivan, Ill., Aug. 16, 1875, she had lived here for the past seven years. She was a member of the First Christian Church.
Surviving besides her husband, are two daughters, Mrs. W.A. Brandenburg, with who she made her home, and Mrs. Jay R Palmer. 450 Stewart Lane, and one grandson, Thomas Wilcox of Mansfield. She was the last member of her family.
Funeral services will be conducted at the J.H. Finefroc, & Sons Funeral HOme Thursday at 11 a.m. by the Rev. William C NEwman, pastor of the First Christian Church. Burial will be in Mansfield Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home this evening.
