George Thomas Berryhill, Sr., 92 of Eudora, MS, died Tuesday, March 18, 2003 at Baptist Desoto Hospital in Southaven, MS. A Masonic service was held Forest Hill Funeral Home Midtown.
Mr. Berryhill was preceded in death by his first wife and mother of his children Eva Lola Skelton Berryhill, one sister Valentine Berryhill and three of his brothers, Luther W. Berryhill, Benjamin Franklin Berryhill and James Oliver Berryhill.
He also leaves his second wife, Ruth Berryhill;
• 2 daughters, Estelle Berryhill Howe of Olive Branch, MS and Maxie Berryhill Romedy of Byhalia, MS
• 3 sons, George T. Berryhill, Jr. of Eudora, MS; Johnny R. Berryhill of Memphis, TN and William L. Berryhill of Nesbit, MS
• 1 brother, W.C. Berryhill of Southaven, MS
• 15 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren
Pall bearers were his 8 grandsons: Donald Howe, Darryl Howe, David Berryhill, Luke Berryhill, Tommy Berryhill, Benny Romedy, Pat Berryhill, and Bill Berryhill.
