James Wesley Boothe is the son of Elizabeth Lucas and Richard Boothe.
James Wesley Boothe married Missouri Polly Lawley on 11 September 1854. THey had 5 children. After Polly died he married Frances Hyde on 29 September 1861. Frances and James had 13 children together.
