Woodfin - Doris Grooms Davis, 91, formerly of Orlando, Fla., died Friday, April 22, 2011.
Mrs. Davis was born July 12, 1919 in Raeford, NC. She was a daughter of the late Reedy Boyd Grooms and Theodosia Williams Grooms Millard. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, George Cox Davis, and sons, Raymond Carl Davis.
Surviving are her daughter, Diane Brown Graw and husband, Bob; grandchildren, Kimberly and Neil Brown.
