Bobbie, as he was called his whole life was the oldest child, and oldest son born to Robert, "Bob" and Cora Baisley May 2, 1923 in San Jacinto Calif. He was an only child for 8 years until he became older brother to Ronald, born in 1931 and Lois born in 1932. Bobbie spent his childhood in San Jacinto, Pasadena and Alhambra Calif. Bobbie graduated from Alhambra High School in 1941. After high school Bobbie joined the Navy, serving 1 year. From the navy Bobbie joined the Merchant Marines. He sailed on the ship Liberty to Calcutta India.
In 1948 Bobbie married Imogene Boyer. He became step dad to Imogene's young son Charles and he and Imogene became parents to two more sons, Danny Wayne born 1949 and Robert Eugene, "Robbie" born 1955. Bobbie and Imogene divorced in 1960. Bobbie and his two boys moved in with his mom Cora so she could help him care for and raise the boys. In June 1981 Bobbie married Elizabeth Wallace. They would remain married until Bobbie's death on Feb. 14, 1997.
At the time of his death Bobbie was survived by his wife Liz, sons Danny, Robbie and Charles, their wives, 8 grandkids, his sister Lois and numerous nieces and nephews.
Bobbie was a shy quite person. He loved working on and driving black shining motorcycles with lots of chrome. He also liked to lift weights and stay in good shape. He always made sure he got a fresh haircut every two weeks. During his life he worked at the Patton-Blinn lumber yard in Los Angeles. And later he worked in the insulation business. He was part of the crew that sprayed the cobwebs into the Haunted House at Disneyland.
He dealt with and over came his share of troubles in life. Bobbie credits his wife Liz with helping him to stop his drinking and making the last 25 years of his life happy ones.

Bobbie died after a 1 year battle with colon cancer.

Liz died Sept 2, 2005.
