Sylvia C. Tastet, 60, a native of Thibodaux and a resident of Lockport, died Saturday, Nov. 20, 2010.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Tuesday at Holy Savior Catholic Church. Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Richard Tastet; two sons, Bryan C. Tastet and wife, June, and Travis Tastet and wife, Kristy; two daughters, Rachel T. Bagley and husband, Steve, and Ursula T. Campbell and husband, Corey; one brother, Ronald Chatagnier Sr.; two sisters, Barbara Naquin and Brenda Blanchard; and 10 grandchildren, Brittany Schaubhut, Steve Bagley Jr., Damian Tastet, Megan Tastet, Chevy Tastet, Zane Campbell, Evan Campbell, Travis Tastet Jr., Kayne Dominique and Destiney Tastet.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hampton and Marjorie Hebert Chatagnier; one son, Shawn Tastet; and one sister, Patricia Chatagnier.
