Shirley R Knob, 70, Box 3566, Altoona RR 5, died Monday at Altoona Regional Health System. Altoona Hospital Campus.
She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Charles and Ruth (Shillito) Knott. She married Harold H Knob Sr Feb. 11, 1956, in Altoona.
Surviving are her husband; Three sons: Harold "Hank" Knob Jr. of Colorado Springs, CO, Terrance L Knob and wife, Nancy, and Timonthy M Knob and wife Therese, all of Altoona; a daughter, Brenda Lee Burley and husband, Rich of Lancaster, PA; seven grandchildren; and a brother Joseph Knott of Altoona. She was preceded in death by and infant son, Terrance Michael.
Mrs Knob was a member of the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament.
She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Stevens Mortuary Inc. 1421 Eight Ave, Altoona, where a vigil for the deceased will be held . A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan 26,2007, at the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament. Committal at Calvery Cemetery.
The family requets that contributions be made to the American Heart Association.
