Edna Earl Barber Barrentine, 76, of Pelham died Monday, May 18, 2015 at her residence.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday May 20 at Parker-Bramlett Funeral Home with interment in Pinecrest Memory Gardens. Jimmy Stewart will officiate.

Pallbearers will include Winfred Pollock, Phil Carr, Steve Cameron, Mike Newsome, Jeff May, Ronnie Lammons, Alan Eidson, Larry Scarborough, and Eddie Hayes.

Born December 16, 1938 in Decatur County, Mrs. Barrentine was the daughter of the late Elijah Barber and Bessie Goodson Barber. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Alton Barrentine and a son, Ronnie Barrentine. Mrs. Barrentine was a homemaker.

Survivors include one son, Johnny Barrentine and wife Debbie, of Camilla; five daughters, Jackie Johns and Ricky Burdette, of Camilla, Barbara Giles and husband, Tommy, of Bartow, FL, Sara Hobbs of Pelham, Vickie Morrell and husband, Scottie, of Tallahassee, FL, Diane Forgey and husband, Lee, of Polk City, FL; six sisters, Annette Hamilton of Albany, Josephine Eidson of Sale City, Linda Myrick of Pelham, Nancy Baggett of Cairo, Sue Green of Sneads, FL, and Delores Smith of Quincy, FL; one brother, Terry Barber of Meigs; 14 grandchildren, Lori McCardle, Melissa Laughon, Christopher Giles, Jimmy Giles, Jason Barrentine, Ashley Sealy, Lacolla Harper, Michelle Palmer, Jonathan Barrentine, Clay Barrentine, Matthew Barrentine, Clint Morrell, Andrew Morrell, and Mark Forgey; and numerous great grandchildren.
