Mrs. Savannah Mae Blackstock of Lake City died August 7, 1996. Survived by daughters, Mrs. Helen B. Chandler, Hampton; Mr. and Mrs. Wright and Manelle Warr, Florida; sons, Mr. W. S. Blackstock, Sr., Florida, Mr. F. L. Blackstock, CA, Mr. and Mrs. Allen and Virginia Blackstock, Forest Park; sister, Mrs. Ozell Stacey, Carrollton; brothers, Mr. Grady S. Portwood, Mr. Leonard R. Portwood, Mr. Buford Portwood all of Atlanta, Mr. Wade Portwood, Carrollton; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Graveside services 11:00a.m. Saturday, August 10, 1996, Oakhill Cemetery, Newnan, GA. Family and friends all meet at Cemetery, 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, pastor David Harrill officiating. Family will receive friends at Funeral Home, Friday 6 until 9 p.m. Pope Dickson & Son, Morrow Chapel, 770-961-2700.
